We are given free will from the moment of our birth. The choices we make determines what path we travel on, bringing results of joy or sorrow, pleasure or pain. There have have been many roads in my life that have brought me to the present. My choices resulted in pain compared to a sharp edged razor cutting and tearing into my heart and soul, leaving a hole which I chose to fill with drugs.
They worked for awhile to cover the pain of the choices I made. The addiction carried me further down to depths of a bottomless pit. I felt "safe" in the cold darkness of my own making. My addiction progressed rapidly and left me feeling empty. I did not have the tools of honesty, hope and faith, nor the willingness to surrender and admit I was the problem and a sinner.
The false comfort I once experienced in the darkness of the pit of hell I had chosen was no longer available. The insanity of active addiction lifted and the choice became clear. Life or death, Darkness or light. I chose life. Today with the help of Wings of Hope I have been given a new life.
I have been shown how to have a relationship with God and been given the tools needed to make healthy choices. Thank you wings of Hope for giving me a second chance at life.

I get it...I finally get it...God Loves Me...He truely loves Me... Not because of what I do or say, but because I am His child, because He made me. I am worthy of love. This, this is what I've learned in the last 8 1/2 months. Drugs, Alchohol. Sex, Crimes, are not the answer. Jesus saves. I am saved... Jesus died to save me because He loves me and knows me. All the "trash", all the "junk" that I hold in me and He still loves me. What other man in the world can say that and truly mean it. He says "I Love you."

I have been fearfully and wonderfully made. God has done that! He made Me! My eyes are finally open! I learned that people can love me for that too. How incredible is that?

My name is Tracy Boles and I'm a changed life. I have been made priceless by the blood of Christ! Thank you Wings of Hope. I will be changed forever because of the love and teachings. I now have Hope.

Wings of Hope has truly been a blessing to me, a second chance. It has given me Hope when I had none, Peace when my life felt like chaos, and the Strength to believe in myself. I love Miss Linda, Miss Becca, and all the women here. I could have never come this far on my own and I owe it all to Jesus for bringing me here, right where I needed to be, when I needed it most.

After surrendering to the right authority, which is God, I am now learning to listen with my heart and mind. Praise God from Whom all blessings flow! Today God has blessed me and answered my most often prayed prayer.

That those of us that have had the benefit of Wings of Hope, never cause a situation that would affect the purpose of the plan God has for Wings of Hope. And that we would always be available to help the other women, who come after us.

Seeing the web site assures me that the vision has expanded and will remain an open door to women like myself, who find a need for a place like Wings of Hope .

I thank God constantly for the vision that He have to my dear sister,Linda, because one day,I needed her and all that God had placed inside her to give to me and other women. The story goes much farther than can be written here..but for me, I was fortunate to have been there in the beginning. Now I am starting my own prison ministry..visiting the incarcerated. To the residents of Wings of Hope: Treasure the teachings you are given in that place. Learn all about the God who loves us so much. Listen to the advice that is given to you through the spirit of God living inside of Linda. Embrace those that support the vision given to Linda and walk along side us as we keep this vision alive. Stick with the plan,Linda, I pray for you constantly and the women and all else that concerns you.
